Frequently asked questions
How do we decide what is included?

We start with your business priorities, then agree a written proposal covering the workstreams, activities, deliverables, cadence, and responsibilities. The website describes service areas and examples. Your proposal defines the commitments.

How do Founder and Growth differ?

Founder focuses on market understanding, product positioning, and an initial GTM and fundraising story. Growth is for companies with traction working on commercial development, partnerships, or expansion. The depth and level of involvement are agreed in the proposal.

Is this only for fintech?

Financial services is our starting point. We also work with adjacent AI-native businesses where our perspective and relationships are relevant.

How does FINTECHTALK fit into the work?

FINTECHTALK contributes industry perspectives and conversations. A profile, podcast, roundtable, or other content activity can be part of an agreed scope. Media placements are not automatic membership benefits. Sponsored content is labeled; independent editorial coverage is selected separately.

What does fundraising support involve?

Support can include company positioning, pitch narrative and materials, investor targeting, and relevant introductions where there is a fit. The specific work is agreed in your proposal. Funding and investor participation are not guaranteed.

What does global expansion support involve?

Work can include market research, market prioritization, proposition localization, and partner development. We confirm the target market and relevant capabilities before agreeing scope. Local execution and specialist services are scoped separately.

Can you help deliver a co-creation program?

We can help frame the business challenge, source potential partners, and design the collaboration and pilot approach. Delivery, integration, and ongoing program management need an explicit scope and the appropriate team.

How does membership begin?

Request membership information using your work email and confirm the code we send you. After email verification and category approval, we email pricing and a secure Stripe ACH Direct Debit link for your category. Bank verification and payment processing can take several business days. You can join directly or request a discussion first. Once payment is confirmed, we send a welcome email and arrange your kickoff call with Paddy. The first 10 paid members receive the founding price; additional services are scoped and priced separately.

What is your next business priority?

Tell us what you are building, the market you serve, and where you need support.
